Bending wood is a more advanced topic in woodworking. Bending wood opens the door to unique shapes, fair curves, and interesting, springy projects.

In this course, students will learn a number of ways to bend wood: through the use of hot water, steam, laminations and kerf cutting. Our projects will include: 

Salad Tongs
Napkin Rings
A Bird Feeder
A Bangle
Hat/Coat Hooks
An Over the Couch Arm Table
And a snake (if time permits)

There is a materials cost for this course. At this time, we are taking a $60 deposit for materials. These projects are yet to be costed. The materials price could yet change.
